Addy at school

We are so lucky to have Addy at a school that is safe and that takes such good care of her, of course I am on the other side of the school in the Kindergarten room so that just sweetens the deal. Enjoy some pictures they sent us of her playing.

Messy baby

Well Addy loves to eat so we have been slowly giving her food. Well on Sunday we gave her lasagna. It's her first big people food in a large quantity, as you can see she loved it and there is no turning back now.

The dedication

We had the kids dedication at church last weekend. It was a great weekend, my mom, Henry, Morgan, Liz, Caitlyn, Jenny, Joey, Seth, and Ethan all came up and stayed. Kris's grandma was here too. Here is a pic of Maddie 5months, Asher 4months, and Addy 7months at our house afterwards.

My sick baby

I heard a funny noise on Wednesday night around midnight so I went and checked on Addy. When I got in her room I realized that she had thrown up several times everywhere and was still sleeping. So I had to strip the bed and her, give her a bath, which she gave me real funny looks when I put her in the tub. She knew she was suppose to still be sleeping. Put her in bed with daddy and did laundry. thought everything was ok until she started throwing up again, so she slept in our bed on her boppy with towels around her. Everytime she had the noise we lifted her up to throw up and laid her back down. She slept thru it all, this lasted from midnight till 8:45am every hour. I was exhausted. So we took her to the doctor b/c she hadn't had a wet diaper from 7:30 pm Wed night until 1pm Thurs afternoon. Thankfully she did have one finally b/c they said if she didn't have one by 2pm then they may have to do an IV, which is not something you want to hear as a parent. So I stayed home with her Thurs and Kris stayed home on Friday. Then on Saturday i was sick all day long, didn't get out of bed until 5:30pm and then Addy woke up throwing up this morning at 1am. All that said it has been some rough last days. But everyone seems better now, we got up early b/c Addy wouldn't sleep any longer, went to the ghetto to get these delicious doughnuts and then went to church. Addy has made up today for what she has not drank in the last few days and I feel good except for back pain that you get when you let your child sleep in bed with you and you are tense all night. How do people do it every night? i would die if she slept with us every night. Let's pray this is the last of this bug!

So we emptied out Sue and Al's storage units last weekend. Then we went to our house and made pizzas. The boys had fun b/c they got to make thier own. I love that everyone is so close.

Baby dedication

We are having Adyson and her cousins Eli, Christian, and Asher dedicated at church on October 14th at 11:30. All family and friends are invited to come, refreshments at our house afterwards.

It's offical

It's offical today. Al and Sue are going to be our neighbors. They signed papers for thier house today that is .7 of a mile from us in the same neighborhood. It's pretty exciting, they take posession next week. It's a cute house, 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, lots of character and close!! We are super happy about it.
